CDG Enterprises LLC is seeking a creative, organized, and dependable Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to help grow our portfolio of purpose-driven brands.

You'll support organizations and brands focused on leadership, consulting, behavioral health innovation, publishing, education, women's empowerment, and community impact.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content
• Design graphics using Canva
• Edit short-form videos and Reels
• Schedule and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts
• Respond to comments and direct messages
• Maintain a content calendar
• Support marketing campaigns and email newsletters
• Assist with Shopify and Facebook Marketplace product listings
• Research prospective clients and support lead generation
• Maintain CRM records and marketing reports
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

QualificationsRequired

• Strong English communication skills
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Canva experience
• Experience managing business social media accounts
• Highly organized and dependable
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Preferred

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience with Meta Business Suite
• Shopify experience
• CRM experience
• CapCut or similar video editing software
• Experience with consulting, behavioral health, nonprofit, or women's empowerment brands

Compensation & Growth

• $20-24/hour
• Approximately 20 hours per week to start
• Flexible remote schedule
• 90-day introductory period
• Opportunity to increase to full-time based on performance
