Affiliate & Creator Growth Manager (Part-Time Contract)

HS Supplies, LLC / Humboldts Secret Supplies is a growing plant nutrition and gardening products company selling through Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and wholesale.

We are looking for a part-time Affiliate & Creator Growth Manager to help build and improve our affiliate, creator, and ambassador program.

This is a remote, part-time contract role starting at 5–10 hours per week with a 30-day paid trial. The role may grow over time if results are strong.

Responsibilities

• Audit our current affiliate and creator program.
• Improve TikTok Shop affiliate recruiting.
• Improve our customer ambassador program.
• Review Social Snowball and help evaluate tools like Growi.
• Help organize our WhatsApp/creator community workflow.
• Create outreach scripts and follow-up systems.
• Build SOPs for VAs to execute creator outreach.
• Identify creators worth seeding, paying, or putting on retainer.
• Help track affiliate and creator performance.
• Recommend weekly KPIs and reporting.
• Work with our Meta/team to improve affiliate recruiting and UGC performance.
• Build a 90-day creator and affiliate growth plan.

Requirements

• Experience with affiliate, influencer, creator, or ambassador programs.
• Ecommerce or Shopify brand experience.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop.
• Strong written communication.
• Highly organized and self-directed.
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Able to create systems, not just complete tasks.

Preferred

* Social Snowball, Growi, TikTok Shop Affiliate, Shopify, Meta ads, Discord, WhatsApp, Klaviyo, UGC, or creator CRM experience.
