About the role

Atmosphere TV is seeking a sharp, organized, and versatile Ad Sales Marketing Manager to join our Ad Sales Marketing team. This role sits at the intersection of creative production and project execution – developing and managing sales collateral, pitch assets, sponsorship packages, and pre- and post-campaign elements, for both National and Local/Regional Sales partners. If you're a fast learner who thrives in a high-output environment and wants front-row exposure to how Connected TV and Digital Out Of Home advertising gets sold, this is the right seat.

This position is a hybrid in-office/remote role based in NYC and will report to the VP, Ad Sales Marketing

What you'll do

Narrative Development & Client Storytelling

• Serve as a strategic advisor on narrative development – connecting Atmosphere's positioning, products, and capabilities to client objectives across verticals and categories
• Propose storytelling strategies that clearly and compellingly communicate Atmosphere's value proposition, including specific products and platform capabilities
• Translate complex platform data, audience insights, and campaign performance into persuasive, client-ready presentations
