YorkPA FC is building something bigger than a soccer club. As York’s first semi-professional soccer club, our mission is to create a pathway for local players while building toward York’s first professional soccer club. Every person who joins now has the opportunity to help shape the future of the organization.

What you put in is what you get out. We are building the club’s foundation from the ground up, and we’re looking for people who are passionate, creative, and willing to grow alongside us.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for matches, tryouts, and club events.
• Manage and grow our social media presence.
• Help increase attendance at home matches.
• Work with local businesses and community organizations to expand the club’s reach.
• Assist with sponsor activation and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate content with photographers, videographers, and the media team.
• Brainstorm creative ideas to build the YorkPA FC brand throughout York County and beyond.
• Track marketing performance and recommend new strategies.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has a passion for soccer, sports, or community development.
• Is creative and enjoys thinking outside the box.
• Has experience with social media or marketing (preferred but not required).
• Is organized and communicates well.
• Wants to be part of building something from day one.
