Job Title: Recruiter

Overview: We are seeking new motivated and skilled recruiters to join our team.

We prefer those who are able to work within a dedicated dashboard and have the ability to post and recruit from more than just Facebook. If Facebook is your MAIN or SOLE presence, you may not be as successful. We are seeking mainly IG and TT persons.

As a recruiter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission of finding the most qualified Surrogate Mothers for Intended Parents and ensuring the smooth operation of other, various functions.

You will receive a dedicated link to share. We will interview the candidates and update your dashboard/portal.

That is the basics. Understanding how to answer questions, however, is important.

While this work and activity is simple and you may have little to no interaction with most applicants, this position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. This role is 100% remote to the United States only.

We are most interested in social media specialists or those with other platforms in place that they will utilize in their recruitment activities. -HIPPA Compliance Experience is preferred but we will train the right person(s)

Qualifications: - SAHM strongly encouraged! - Proven experience in a similar role is nice, but we will train the right people - Strong knowledge of HIPPA laws and regulations preferred/Will train the right person(s) - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping

This is a commissioned position.

Estimated income is based on projected activity and the starting lowest minimums. The amount you can earn is uncapped.
