Social Media Marketing & Growth Intern

Love creating TikToks, Instagram Reels, and engaging with local communities online?

Mountain Mike’s Pizza locations in Cedar Park/Manor/Georgetown is looking for a creative and energetic Social Media & Community Marketing Interns to help grow our local presence and attract new customers.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Short content
• Turn restaurant photos and raw video footage into engaging social media posts
• Schedule and publish content across social media platforms
• Respond to comments and engage with followers
• Encourage happy customers to leave Google and Yelp reviews
• Research local influencers, schools, sports teams, and community groups for partnerships
• Promote special events, buffet offerings, happy hour, fundraisers, and community nights
• Monitor engagement, follower growth, and review generation

Work Arrangement

• Visit the restaurant 1–2 times per week to capture fresh content
• Most work can be completed remotely
• Restaurant will provide photos, videos, promotions, and marketing materials via email or shared drive
• Approximately 5–10 hours per week

Ideal Candidate

• High school senior, college student, or recent graduate
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Canva
• Comfortable editing videos and creating social media content
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Interest in marketing, social media, hospitality, or content creation

Compensation

• Hourly pay based on experience
• Performance bonuses for: Google review growth, Follower growth, Viral content, Community partnerships
