Social Media Manager, Real Estate Photographer & Videographer

Job Overview

As a Social Media Manager, Real Estate Photographer & Videographer, you’ll bring properties to life through compelling photography, video, and social media content. You’ll plan and publish content across social media platforms, shape a consistent brand presence, and use performance insights to refine digital marketing. This hands-on role combines creative production with audience engagement and marketing analysis.

Responsibilities

• Photograph properties and create, edit, and proofread social media content, including written posts, graphics, and video.
• Manage social media marketing and content calendars; use tools such as Hootsuite, Hey Orca or Buffer to schedule and publish posts.
• Monitor social listening, audience questions, and brand conversations; support social media communication, relationship management, and public relations.
• Track social media analytics, web analytics, and marketing online analytics using Google Analytics and other reporting tools; monitor digital marketing performance and recommend improvements.
• Apply SEO and keyword research to content, and support Facebook Advertising and broader digital marketing campaigns.

Skills

• Experience with photography, video editing, content creation, content writing, graphic design, branding, and social media content marketing.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, plus media editing tools.
• Knowledge of social media management, social media content creation, social media platforms, and social media analytics.
• Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, marketing analytics, media performance analytics, and web analytics.
• Hootsuite, Hey Orca or Buffer experience is useful; strong proofreading, communication, and relationship management skills are valued.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
