AAPP is seeking a creative and experienced Social Media & Website Marketing Manager to grow our brand and capture the adventures through high quality content creation and digital marketing. AAPP has locations in Kerrville and Boerne.

Responsibilities include: develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, manage website content, and optimize digital campaigns to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate measurable results. Your expertise in digital marketing tools and analytics will be essential in crafting compelling content and ensuring our online platforms perform at their best. Duties

• Develop, implement, and manage integrated social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Oversee website management using Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and optimized for SEO.
• Utilize SEO tools and keyword research techniques to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic through targeted content creation.
• Design eye-catching graphics and visuals using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for social media posts, website banners, and email marketing campaigns.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook Advertising), Google Ads (including SEM and Google AdWords), and other digital channels to maximize ROI.
