We’re looking for a Social Media & Creator Manager to own our creator program from the ground up. You know TikTok inside and out, you're excited to build and scale TikTok Shop and Affiliate programs, and you have a real gift for turning creators into loyal, long-term partners — whether this is your first full-time role or your fifth. Just as importantly, you're genuinely curious about the positive impact fitness and nutrition can have on people's lives and you're excited to help build it. In this role, you’ll bring together genuine relationship-building and real results, growing partnerships that move the needle for our brand. What You’ll Do

Grow Our TikTok Affiliate Program

• Build, launch, and scale our TikTok Shop and Affiliate program from the ground up, recruiting creators and growing sales through content they genuinely believe in.
• Find and welcome creators in the fitness and nutrition space whose audience and values feel right at home with ours.
• Set clear, fair partnership terms, handle product seeding, and make sure every creator knows exactly what to expect.
• Keep an eye on how affiliates are performing, celebrate your top partners, and give the ones who are close a little extra support to get there.

Build Real Creator Relationships

• Be the friendly, reliable point of contact creators can count on — the kind of partner who turns a one-time collab into a lasting relationship.
