Social Media & Community Growth Coordinator (Part-Time, 1099 Contractor)

Family Focus Media, LLC is the publisher of three hyperlocal parenting lifestyle brands — Main Line Parent, Philadelphia Family, and Bucks County Parent — serving more than 400,000 Greater Philadelphia families through helpful content, events, and thriving social communities. We also serve over 400 local business and nonprofit organizations who focus on serving families with our Membership Program. We're a small, passionate team that believes deeply in Building Community, and social media is one of our most powerful tools for doing exactly that.

The Role

We're looking for a savvy, community-minded Social Media & Community Growth Coordinator to manage and grow the social presence of all three of our brands. This is a part-time (15 - 20 hours per week) independent contractor (1099) role, ideal for someone who lives and breathes local community, understands the nuances of nurturing an audience, and gets genuinely excited about turning social media engagement into real relationships — and email subscribers.

You'll steward our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn channels, working closely with the rest of our team to ensure our content shows up consistently, strategically, and in a way that reflects the warmth and authority of each brand.

What You'll Do

*Content Publishing & Scheduling*

• Design (Canva), schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for Main Line Parent, Philadelphia Family, and Bucks County Parent
• Adapt editorial content and member features for each platform and brand's voice and audience
• Maintain a consistent posting cadence that supports our editorial calendar and seasonal programming
