SEO Specialist

SerpApi is the leading solution to integrate search data into web applications. Our API scrapes search engines, solves CAPTCHAs, and keeps up with changing page layouts in one simple GET request. Our customers include Nvidia, Shopify, Perplexity, Adobe, Samsung and more.

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to help grow SerpApi’s visibility across search engines and emerging AI search experiences. In this role, you will develop SEO strategies, analyze performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve rankings, traffic, and website performance. Solid SEO experience is required.

You will also support keyword research, technical SEO, on-page optimization, reporting, testing, and link-building efforts. Experience working with developer tools, APIs, or technical products is a plus.

### Responsibilities

• Develop and manage an SEO strategy to improve our visibility across search engines and emerging AI search experiences.
• Conduct keyword research to find opportunities for the homepage, documentation, blog, and other marketing pages.
• Actively acquire backlinks for different pages.
• Build and support link-building efforts to improve authority and organic growth.
• Create reports that show progress, insights, and both short-term and long-term targets.
• Improve on-page SEO and content optimization across key website pages.
• Identify and address technical SEO issues to make sure the website is well-optimized for search engines and AI/LLM-based discovery.
• Work closely with technical and non-technical teams to improve rankings, traffic, and overall website performance.
• Run SEO tests and experiments to find what works and improve results over time.
• Monitor SEO performance regularly, analyze data, and turn findings into clear recommendations and action plans.
• Stay up to date with SEO trends, Google updates, and changes in the AI search landscape.
