Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) Expert to manage and optimize our business listings for better local visibility and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GBP optimization, local SEO strategies, and reputation management to improve our online presence across Google Search and Google Maps.

Key Responsibilities

Create, claim, and verify Google Business Profiles for multiple locations.
Optimize GBP listings with accurate business information, categories, services, and attributes.
Implement local SEO best practices to improve ranking in Google Maps and local search results.
Post regular updates, offers, and event promotions on GBP.
Manage and respond to customer reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Upload and optimize images, videos, and other media to improve engagement.
Monitor performance using Google Insights and other analytics tools, providing regular reports.
Handle duplicate or suspended listings and ensure compliance with Google guidelines.
Research local keywords and implement them in GBP descriptions and posts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align GBP strategy with overall digital marketing goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles.
Strong knowledge of local SEO and ranking factors.
Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and GBP Insights.
Ability to handle multiple listings across different locations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience with reputation management and review strategies.
Basic knowledge of photo and video editing for GBP posts (preferred).
