This role ensures that the company can move quickly without sacrificing accuracy, alignment, or launch readiness—eliminating gaps, missed details, and last-minute breakdowns.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Product & Marketing Operations who is PMP-certified to drive end-to-end execution across new product development and marketing initiatives at Bask & Lather Co. This role owns the successful delivery of cross-functional programs—from concept through launch—ensuring alignment, speed, and operational excellence across the business.

This is not a traditional project management role. This is a high-accountability execution leadership role responsible for ensuring that products launch seamlessly, campaigns execute without error, and teams operate with clarity, structure, and discipline.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in product development (NPD) and integrated marketing execution, with the ability to lead across Brand, Operations, Supply Chain, Social, E-commerce, and external partners.
