Job Summary
We are looking for a Revenue Analytics & Growth Reporting Manager to own the numbers across our marketing and sales engine.
This person will track performance from ad spend to lead to booked call to sale. They will be responsible for helping leadership understand what is working, what is not working, where revenue is leaking, and what needs to change.
This role is not just reporting. This role turns data into decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Own daily, weekly, and monthly reporting across Meta, YouTube, organic, email, SMS, retargeting, funnels, GHL, Stripe, call center, and sales.
Track CPL, CAC, cost per booked call, cost per show, cost per sale, ROAS, LTV, show rate, close rate, refund rate, funnel conversion rate, and revenue by source.
Build and maintain dashboards for leadership, marketing, sales, and channel owners.
Audit UTM structure, source attribution, campaign naming, GHL tags, buyer tracking, Stripe purchases, and CRM reporting.
Track buyers across all traffic sources and identify which campaigns, audiences, creatives, funnels, and doctors are producing revenue.
Create weekly growth reports with clear insights, not just numbers.
Identify leaks in the customer journey: bad lead quality, low opt-in rate, low booking rate, low show rate, poor close rate, poor attribution, or broken follow-up.
Work with the GHL owner to improve tracking accuracy.
Work with the ads and creative teams to connect creative performance to revenue.
Hold agencies accountable to revenue outcomes, not just platform metrics.

A-Player Requirements
We want someone who can look at a dashboard and say, “Here is the problem, here is why it matters, and here is what I recommend we do next.”
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
