is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advertising/Marketing Sales Representative. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Advertising/Marketing Sales with a minimum of 3 years experience. Knowledge of the Craft Beverage Industry would be helpful and a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales goals.
This position offers earning potential with pre-established accounts providing immediate commissions to help ease into the position. This position pays commission for both NEW and RENEWAL clients, pays RESIDUAL INCOME, SALES BONUSES, and participation in PROFIT SHARING.
Core Responsibilities
· Lead Generation and Qualification: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through our lead database.
· Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advertising/marketing solutions.
· Sales Strategy and Execution: Developing and implementing digital sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
· Solution Selling: Presenting and selling complex solutions, products, and services to clients, often involving needs analysis and proposal development.
· Customer Engagement: Engaging with customers through various digital channels, addressing inquiries, and providing support to drive online business conversion rates.
· Sales Pipeline Management: Managing the sales funnel, tracking progress, and forecasting sales performance.
· Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitoring digital ad performance, generating reports, and making recommendations to optimize campaigns and drive results.
· Staying Updated: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Compensation
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor 100% commission sales position. Flexible Monday – Friday schedule. Our past sales representatives typically earned $35,000 - $100,000+ per year.
Supplemental pay types: Commission pay, Sales Bonuses & Profit Sharing
