Our Canadian channel partner community of 300–400 partners is at the heart of our expansion strategy, and this role is central to making that growth happen. ### The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Regional Marketing Manager to be our first and sole marketer in North America. This is a rare opportunity to build the marketing function for North America from the ground up; co-shaping strategy, owning execution, and making a visible impact at a company in growth mode. You will be equally comfortable crafting a demand generation campaign, analyzing digital performance, and walking the floor at a partner event. You will own the full local marketing remit: brand presence, digital channels, partner engagement, content, and communications. ### What You'll Do

Channel Partner Engagement

• Develop or localize and execute marketing programs that drive engagement, loyalty, and growth across Companial's North Americanchannel partner network.
• Develop or localize and execute marketing programs to drive interest and generate leads to contribute to our recruitment targets for new members.
• Work closely with Companial Global Marketing to represent the NA voice in the development of unitied marketing programs to drive pipeline growth for our priority propositions
• Create co-marketing opportunities, campaigns, and resources that help partners grow their Microsoft cloud business.
