We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-time Relationship Marketing & Email Coordinator to join our marketing team! Duties
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and HubSpot to engage different customer segments effectively.
- Manage customer segmentation strategies to tailor messaging based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences, ensuring relevant content delivery.
- Design visually appealing email templates and digital assets utilizing Adobe Photoshop and basic HTML/CSS skills to enhance campaign aesthetics.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics through Google Analytics, Salesforce Analytics, and other tools to optimize future outreach efforts.
- Conduct A/B testing on email subject lines, content, and layouts to improve open rates and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, e-commerce, and content creators to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Maintain detailed records of campaign activities, customer interactions, and automation workflows within CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing or email marketing roles with a focus on relationship building and customer engagement.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation techniques and marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or HubSpot.
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS for customizing email templates; experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus for creating visual content.
- Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics or similar tools to derive actionable insights for campaign improvements.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms and understanding of online consumer behavior is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in SQL or familiarity with data querying is advantageous for advanced segmentation tasks.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages that motivate action.
