Position Summary

We are seeking a creative, motivated, and community-oriented Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to help grow enrollment and increase awareness of our Christian daycare. This role will focus on promoting our programs, reaching local families, and strengthening our presence both online and in the community. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in promoting our brand, increasing community engagement, and driving business growth. We are looking for a creative, proactive, and self-motivated individual who can manage multiple marketing channels while bringing fresh ideas and innovative strategies to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new families
• Manage and grow our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Create engaging content including posts, flyers, and advertisements
• Promote events, open houses, and enrollment campaigns
• Build relationships with local churches, schools, and community organizations
• Assist in maintaining and updating our website and online listings
• Monitor and respond to inquiries from prospective families
• Track marketing efforts and recommend improvements
• Manage and maintain all company social media platforms, ensuring content is current, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
• Regularly update and maintain the company website, including content, promotions, photos, blogs, and announcements.
