Rent Haus is building the future of apartment locating through technology, AI, and content. Our goal is to build one of the largest apartment locating brands in the country, expanding into 10+ markets with hundreds of agents over the coming years.

We're looking for our first dedicated content hire—someone excited to build alongside us from the ground floor and grow into the head of marketing as the company scales.

What You'll Do

• Film short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Edit engaging, fast-paced videos
• Write hooks, captions, and scripts
• Brainstorm viral content ideas and creative campaigns
• Schedule and manage content posting
• Help grow Hayden's and Haley's personal brands
• Use AI and modern content tools to improve speed and creativity
• Stay on top of social media trends
• Occasionally participate in skits or videos if you're comfortable on camera

Who We're Looking For

You don't need years of agency experience or millions of followers.

We're looking for someone who genuinely understands how to create content people actually watch and engage with.

You should have

• Experience creating content for social media
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
• Strong creative writing and scripting ability
• Experience using AI and content creation tools
• A portfolio showcasing your work
• A personal social media page that demonstrates your content skills is highly preferred
• The ability to take an idea and turn it into engaging content with minimal direction

Real estate experience is not required.
