### About Paul Klebanov

A boutique DTC growth agency on a mission to scale e-commerce brands through killer paid media, email & SMS. We're looking for a full-time associate paid social and paid search media buyer to join the crew.

### What you'll do:

* Shadowing Paul and building close relationships with clients through frequent communication on performance, strategies, and campaign priorities * Support Paul in managing client ad accounts' performance, spend pacing, creating and executing a full-funnel ad account strategy, writing copy and building ads in a timely manner ### What you'll bring to the table:

* Have 1 - 2 years of direct experience working in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ad Manager, and Google Analytics * Excel skills including pivot tables, V-Look Ups, and macros * BA/BS degree (Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Finance) * Understanding of consumer psychology, and market research * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively * Reliable and supportive team player with an ability to support Paul in the management of large Facebook and Google ad campaign and budgets for brands generating up to $50 mil in yearly revenue * Data-driven with a consumer-first focus with an ability to use analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth for direct-to-consumer brands * A desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment with a high level of collaboration and training * Flexibility to work weekends and after-hours as needed * An ability to self-manage, juggle multiple projects and execute based on priority ### What will Klebanov, LLC offer you:
