Schedule: Full time, hybrid, 3 days per week in office

Compensation: $30 per hour, payroll position, plus KPI based semi annual bonus opportunities

ReGlow is a fast growing beauty brand with both ecommerce and clinic operations. We sell professional inspired skincare, facial tools, and beauty products across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, and our own website.

We are looking for a full time Marketplace Manager to join our internal team and work directly with ownership on daily marketplace growth, advertising, reporting, listings, creator partnerships, operations, and new product opportunities.

This is not a freelance role. We are looking for a committed team member who wants to grow with the company, take ownership, and help build the brand across multiple sales channels.

Role Overview

The Marketplace Manager will own the day to day management and growth of our marketplace business, with Amazon as the main focus and Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, and other growth channels as key expansion opportunities.

You will manage PPC performance, improve listings, monitor account health, coordinate promotions, review reporting, work with creators, handle marketplace support cases, and help identify new product opportunities.

This is a high ownership role. We are looking for someone who can manage the marketplace business with urgency, accountability, and clear communication while working closely with ownership on daily priorities and long term growth.

The ideal person is hands on, detail oriented, data driven, proactive, and comfortable moving fast.
