Sun Health Rx is a licensed 503A non-sterile compounding pharmacy based in the Phoenix, Arizona area. We specialize in custom formulated medications including hormone therapy, men's health, weight management, and pain management compounds tailored to the individual needs of patients and their prescribers.

We partner closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers to deliver solutions that commercial pharmacies simply can't offer. Our team is growing, and we're looking for a high-impact digital marketer to help us expand our reach and drive measurable revenue growth.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of generating real, measurable sales through paid digital advertising. This is not a "brand awareness" role . We want someone who obsesses over ROAS, cost-per-acquisition, and pipeline contribution.

You will own and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms and search engines to promote Sun Health Rx's compounded medication offerings, drive prescriber and patient inquiries, and grow our overall revenue. Compensation is structured as a revenue share, meaning your earning potential is directly tied to the results you deliver.

This role is ideal for a freelance marketer, performance agency, or entrepreneurial growth professional who wants a long-term partnership with a pharmacy that has a strong product, loyal prescriber relationships, and serious room to scale.

What You'll Own

• Plan, build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and potentially YouTube, TikTok, or Pinterest
• Develop compliant ad creative concepts and copy tailored to compounding pharmacy offerings (hormone therapy, men's health, weight loss, pain, etc.)
• Drive inbound patient and prescriber inquiries that convert to new prescription volume
• Monitor and report on campaign KPIs
