About Us

We are a residential real estate company managing properties across the DFW, Houston, and other markets. We're looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our team for the fall and help showcase our homes and communities online.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media posts for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) to highlight residential properties across all markets.
• Plan, write, and execute email marketing campaigns to promote properties, community events, and company updates.
• Work hand-in-hand with the Marketing, Leasing, and Property Management teams to align content and campaigns with leasing and occupancy goals.
• Attend weekly meetings with the Marketing, Property Management, and Leasing teams.
• Collaborate with Field Operations team members to capture videos, photos, and other content for social media.
• Travel to vacant properties throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area to gather content and assess property presentation.
• Assist with special projects assigned by the senior leadership team.
• Support the Property Management team in promoting community events and property features online.
• Learn and use property management and showing tools such as AppFolio and ShowDigs.
• Work with different departments and be open to coaching and learning new platforms and processes.

Qualifications

• Currently a Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Have completed at least a few marketing classes or coursework.
