Marketing Operations Coordinator

Job Description
Soul Motion is an early-stage AI startup developing proprietary spiritual interactive chat software for the personal development and small business space.
Built on a proprietary birthdate-based calculation system, Soul Motion reveals the recurring patterns that shape how people think, choose, act, relate, work, and lead. If you are drawn to systems like astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, or other tools for self-understanding, you will recognize the category. But Soul Motion is building something new.
It has roots in numerology, but takes a unique approach designed to identify the deeper patterns beneath recurring choices, relationship dynamics, pressure responses, work patterns, and leadership tendencies, without reducing people to a type.
We are building at the intersection of artificial intelligence, personal development, spirituality, and human potential. The product, brand, customer experience, and growth systems are being built from the ground up now.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a sharp, highly organized, AI-forward Marketing & Growth Operations Coordinator to help Soul Motion launch, grow, and keep the moving pieces moving.
You will work closely with the founder across customer support, podcast and media outreach, email coordination, CRM organization, content operations, campaign execution, and early growth systems.
You should be someone who loves finding faster, smarter ways to work. You are genuinely interested in AI tools, efficient workflows, and staying current with what is possible. You do not need to be an AI engineer, but you should be excited by using AI thoughtfully to make research, communication, organization, and execution better.
This is a startup role. Priorities will shift. New ideas will become projects quickly. Some weeks will be more customer-facing, some will be more operational, and some will be about helping get a campaign, outreach effort, or system across the finish line.
You need to be comfortable with variety, fast at learning, hyper organized, strong with details, and game to help wherever the business needs you most.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to the company inbox, customer emails, and social DMs using approved messaging, templates, and brand guidelines with love and care.
- Track recurring customer questions, maintain organized records of customer feedback, and flag issues that need founder-level attention.
- Support podcast, media, and partnership outreach, including research, outreach lists, follow-up, tracking, and coordination.
- Support email marketing execution, including scheduling approved emails, maintaining lists, keeping CRM records clean, and using AI to help draft, organize, and prepare approved email content.
- Support basic Meta and Facebook Ads execution, including campaign setup, uploading approved creative and copy. Training will be provided. You will not be responsible for paid-media strategy, budget decisions, or campaign optimization.
- Keep project trackers, outreach lists, campaign calendars, and internal documentation organized and current.
- Use AI tools to support research, drafting, organization, summarization, and workflow efficiency.
- Help catch details before they become problems, including checking links, following up on open items, and making sure nothing important falls through the cracks. Initiative and ability drive projects is key!
You Need to Have
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, growth operations, email marketing, content operations, executive support, preferably in the online digital space.
- Strong written communication and good judgment in customer-facing communication.
- Hands-on experience with at least one CRM or email marketing platform, such as beehiiv, HubSpot, Flodesk, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, Kajabi, Mailchimp, or a similar tool.
- Comfort working with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, project-management tools, and digital organization systems.
- Genuine interest in AI tools, workflow efficiency, and learning new software quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several workstreams without constant reminders.
- A high level of follow-through. You notice what is missing, keep track of details, and close loops.
- Basic familiarity with Meta Business Suite or Meta Ads Manager is helpful, but training will be provided.
- A willingness to work in a fast-moving startup environment where the work can be varied and priorities can change.
You’re a Good Fit If…
- You are equal parts organized, resourceful, and adaptable.
- You like being the person who makes things run better.
- You can move from answering a customer email to researching a podcast opportunity to organizing a campaign tracker without getting flustered.
- You are naturally curious about AI, systems, efficiency, and finding better ways to work.
- You are interested in personal development, spirituality, psychology, entrepreneurship, self-understanding, or human potential.
- You are comfortable with a little ambiguity and do not need every detail mapped out before you begin.
- You are scrappy in the best sense of the word. You can think for yourself, solve problems, and ask smart questions when you need context.
- You want more than a task list. You want to be close to a growing company, learn quickly, and have room to take on more as you prove yourself.
Perks & Benefits
- Direct access to the founder and a front-row seat to how a company is built from the beginning.
- Flexible part-time work with room for the role to grow in hours, compensation, scope, and responsibility.
- No unnecessary layers, bureaucracy, or slow approval chains.
- Opportunity to grow into a full-time role and take on more responsibility as Soul Motion scales.
- A smart, curious, low-ego environment where we care about doing excellent work and having fun while we build.
- A chance to work at the intersection of AI, personal development, spirituality, and entrepreneurship.
