Marketing Manager

We are a multi-campus cosmetology school in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (remote position). You’ll be responsible for lead generation and branding.

Responsibilities: * Oversee lead generation across social media, company websites, and other advertisement platforms * Monitor performance metrics across SEO, paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads), Social Media, and CRM * Meet goals for leads, with weekly reporting on performance metrics * Help identify, select and manage marketing agencies/vendors to ensure implementation and performance * Monitor reviews/comments on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms * Generate ideas for marketing campaigns * Manage our CRM (Velocify) * Manage budgets for marketing campaigns * Direct Social Media strategies * Help Build and Maintain Websites as needed * Assist with various projects Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of relevant digital marketing experience * Analytical and detailed oriented * Strategic thinking: ability to see the big picture and come up with solutions * Enthusiasm and persistence: exhibit passion and energy and has a can-do attitude. Follow through on tasks and goals * Strong computer, reporting, and communication skills
