About MatrixCare
MatrixCare, a Frazier Healthcare Partners portfolio company, is a cloud-based EHR software provider serving more than 15,000 providers across skilled nursing, senior living, life plan communities, home health, and hospice. MatrixCare is a multi-year Best in KLAS winner and one of the largest technology platforms serving the post-acute and long-term care continuum.
About the Role
At MatrixCare, we create technology that helps senior living and post-acute care organizations work smarter and deliver better outcomes. We’re looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager who can turn that story into campaigns that reach the right audiences, spark interest, and drive pipeline.
We need a demand gen marketer who can balance strategy with execution – someone who understands how to connect the dots between audience, message, channel, and conversion. One day you might be building a multi-channel campaign to generate qualified leads; the next, you’re optimizing sponsored content, refining nurture journeys, or partnering with sales to turn engagement into opportunity.
If you love connecting creativity with data, know how to turn insights into action, and get excited about marketing that moves the business forward, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Build campaigns that convert: Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, web, content, events, and other channels to engage target audiences and generate qualified leads.
- Reach the right audience: Partner with marketing and sales to define target audiences, support account-based marketing efforts, and deliver relevant campaigns throughout the buyer journey.
- Turn interest into action: Develop and optimize landing pages, email nurture programs, calls to action, and conversion paths that move prospects from awareness to sales engagement.
- Make data work harder: Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and use insights to improve engagement, conversion rates, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
- Connect marketing to revenue: Collaborate with sales to align on lead quality, campaign follow-up, funnel performance, and opportunities to improve pipeline generation.
- Get the most from every channel: Manage campaign budgets, coordinate paid media efforts, and continuously test messaging, creative, targeting, and tactics to improve performance.
- Make events count: Support trade show and event marketing by developing pre- and post-event campaigns, coordinating promotional tactics, driving attendee engagement, and creating follow-up programs that turn event conversations into qualified leads and pipeline.
- Bring people together: Partner with content, product marketing, creative, sales, and other teams to turn business priorities into cohesive, effective campaigns.
- Keep looking for better ways: Bring new ideas to the table, stay curious about emerging tactics and trends, and proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and marketing impact.
What You'll Bring
*Required Qualifications*
- 5–7 years of demand generation through integrated campaign design, ideally in B2B, SaaS, healthcare technology, or a related environment.
- Hands-on experience planning, launching, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns that support lead generation and pipeline growth.
- A solid understanding of the B2B buyer journey, lead management, funnel metrics, and how marketing contributes to revenue.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo, and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with sponsored content, email marketing, landing page optimization, nurture programs, and campaign analytics.
- The ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights and use testing and optimization to improve results.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines.
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution – you can develop a plan and roll up your sleeves to make it happen.
- A proactive, curious mindset and a genuine interest in understanding what motivates buyers and drives business growth.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for trade shows and meetings.
What Success Looks Like
*In your first 6-12 months, success in this role will look like:*
- Generate qualified pipeline: Deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns that engage the right audiences and turn interest into sales-ready opportunities.
- Improve conversion and marketing impact: Use campaign insights and ongoing testing to strengthen lead quality, optimize nurture journeys, and make the most of campaign budgets.
- Create strong alignment across teams: Connect marketing and sales through shared priorities, clear lead handoffs, and coordinated follow-up that moves prospects through the funnel.
- Turn strategy into consistent execution: Deliver cohesive campaigns on time, balance competing priorities, and bring forward new ideas that support business growth.
