IoT Deployment Services, Inc. is a growing technology deployment company helping enterprise clients modernize buildings and operations through connected technology.

Our work includes LED lighting, lighting controls, HVAC controls, energy monitoring, IoT sensors, cameras, battery storage, architectural lighting, and smart building infrastructure. IDS specializes in taking complex technology initiatives and making them real in the field — from planning and coordination to installation, execution, and support.

We are building a company positioned around building technology, energy efficiency, connected infrastructure, and large-scale deployment execution.

Position Overview

IDS is looking for a Marketing Lead - B2B Technology & Integration to build and lead our marketing function from the ground up.

This is a leadership role, but also a very hands-on role. We are not looking for someone who only tells us what needs to be done. We need someone who can understand our business, identify the right marketing priorities, create the plan, and execute the work.

Today, IDS has very limited internal marketing knowledge. We need someone who can step into leadership discussions, help shape our messaging, challenge our thinking, and drive marketing efforts that support growth.

This will initially be a one-person marketing department, with the ability to use outside vendors, freelancers, or agencies when needed. The right person must be comfortable leading strategy while also writing content, managing campaigns, improving our website presence, supporting sales, and tracking results.
