Duties
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
- Lead the planning and implementation of SEO initiatives utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, SEM, Google AdWords, and keyword research to improve organic search rankings.
- Oversee content creation efforts including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia production using Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and content management systems like WordPress.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms including Facebook Advertising and Google Ads to maximize ROI.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline email marketing campaigns, nurture leads, and improve conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance through analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SQL to inform future strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on e-commerce initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of digital marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Supervise social media management efforts to grow followers, increase engagement, and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques to enhance user experience on websites through HTML, CSS, JavaScript adjustments, and A/B testing.
- Monitor industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, B2B marketing, and performance marketing to keep strategies innovative and competitive.
Experience
- Proven experience in senior marketing roles with a focus on digital marketing strategy development and execution.
- Extensive knowledge of SEO tools, Google Ads (formerly AdWords), Google Analytics, SEM techniques, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong background in content creation—including copywriting and graphic design—and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop.
- Hands-on experience managing social media advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems for website updates and content publishing.
- Technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website optimization and data analysis are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in B2B marketing environments with a focus on e-commerce growth strategies.
- Ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
