Remote (Utah preferred, U.S. applicants welcome) Part-Time (30–40 hours/week), with the opportunity to grow into full-time

We're a fast-growing specialty medical practice looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to creative work.

You'll work directly with our VP of Marketing & Business Development and support our Patient Experience Manager, helping organize projects, create polished marketing materials, coordinate execution, and keep our marketing team moving forward.

We already have strong marketing systems and an incredible in-person marketing team. What we need is someone who can keep everything organized behind the scenes—making sure projects stay on track, details don't get missed, and our team consistently follows through on what we've planned.

One hour you might be designing a referral flyer in Canva. The next, you're reviewing marketing data to help guide our outreach efforts. Later that afternoon, you're using ChatGPT to speed up a project or following up to make sure an important initiative stays on track.

What You'll Do

Keep Marketing Moving

  • Coordinate marketing projects from idea to completion
  • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and action items
  • Help keep our in-person marketing team on schedule and following through
  • Organize meeting notes and project updates
  • Keep leadership informed without being asked

Design

  • Create professional marketing materials in Canva
  • Design flyers, brochures, presentations, referral materials, patient education, and digital graphics
  • Edit photos and videos (if you have those skills)

AI & Analytics

  • Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools to improve efficiency and marketing projects
  • Maintain marketing trackers and spreadsheets
  • Monitor referral and outreach data
  • Identify trends or gaps that need attention
  • Help leadership make better marketing decisions using data

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent organizational skills and follow-through
  • Strong Canva skills and a great design eye
  • Comfortable working in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets
  • Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
  • Able to manage multiple projects without losing details
  • Confident following up with teammates to keep projects moving
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Excited to learn, improve, and be part of a growing company

Bonus points for

  • Marketing analytics
  • Healthcare marketing experience

Pay & Benefits

$22–$28/hour
