Marketing Associate (Mostly Remote Position)

We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Associate to support our digital advertising and customer communication efforts. This role is primarily work‑from‑home, with occasional in‑person collaboration when the owner is in town. You must already live in the Cincinnati area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage paid social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Create targeted newsletters for our existing customer base
• Assist with SEO strategy and implementation (experience is a plus)
• Support PPC campaigns on Google (experience is a plus)
• Explore and leverage emerging AI marketing tools
• Possible graphic design using Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.

What We’re Looking For

• Some hands‑on experience with digital marketing (required)
• Familiarity with paid ads and basic analytics
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn new platforms and tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Ability to think creatively and critically
• Bonus if you know/use Illustrator, Canva, or other creative tools
