Full-Time Receptionist / Marketing Assistant (40 Hours per Week | In-House | Real Estate)
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated team member to be the welcoming face of our high ranking real estate company located in Caldwell, Idaho! If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love keeping things organized, we'd love to meet you.
This full-time, in-house position combines front desk reception with marketing support. You'll greet clients, answer phones, assist agents, manage office tasks, and help create marketing materials, social media content, email campaigns, special events and charities. Every day is a little different, making this the perfect role for someone who enjoys variety and teamwork.
Marketing and administrative experience is preferred, and experience in real estate is a plus. We'll provide training on our systems and processes, but applicants should have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), social media platforms and be comfortable learning new technology.

Position Details

- Real estate office environment
Pay: $17.00 per hour
