Marketing and Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

Lead Sales Associates keep daily store operations moving while helping customers find the right products and supporting a confident, capable team. You’ll lead sales and service on shift, coordinate merchandising and inventory, and contribute to hiring, employee orientation, and team development. This role may include cashiering, administrative tasks, and operational responsibilities.

Duties

• Lead customer service and retail sales; use product knowledge, negotiation, and clear communication to support customer needs.
• Supervise associates, coordinate shift management, and contribute to recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, and training and development.
• Oversee cashiering, cash handling, point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management and control, stocking, merchandising, pricing, and purchasing.
• Support store management with sales management, budgeting, payroll, bookkeeping, and operational management.
• Your impact: By coordinating people, service, and inventory, you help customers shop smoothly and give associates clear direction throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Retail sales experience; assistant manager or supervising experience is preferred, especially retail industry sales team management or retail management experience.
• Skills in leadership, team management, managerial communication, customer service, time management, and organization.
• Basic math and retail math skills; familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, inventory control, pricing, and store operations.
• Administrative experience, grocery store experience, wireless sales, or multilingual and bilingual abilities are helpful, but not required.
• Ability to apply sound judgment and communicate professionally, including phone etiquette, while balancing customer needs and operational priorities.

Pay: $10.00 - $28.14 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
