Tiffany Farha Design is a luxury interior design studio and antique/vintage dealer with locations in Wichita, Kansas and Round Top, Texas. We're expanding our digital presence and looking for someone to become my right hand in helping move the business forward.

This is a marketing, technology, and assistant role for someone who enjoys solving problems, building systems, and making things happen.

The Role

This position combines digital marketing, technology, project coordination, and executive support.

Some days we'll work side by side. Other days I'll hand you a project, explain the goal, and trust you to figure out the best way to get there.

I'm looking for someone who enjoys both.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary from week to week and may include

• Growing and managing our Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
• Creating, scheduling, and organizing social media content
• Managing our website, online store, and connected business accounts
• Photographing inventory and editing photos for online use
• Using AI tools to improve marketing and business efficiency
• Researching software, vendors, products, and business solutions
• Organizing inventory, the office, and digital files
• Coordinating deliveries, movers, contractors, and vendors
• Running occasional business errands
• Troubleshooting technology, websites, software, and Apple devices
• Managing projects and helping keep the business moving forward

Required Skills

We're looking for someone who is digitally native, organized, and comfortable improving the online presence of a business.

You should already have experience with

• Apple computers and the Apple ecosystem
• Business social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Meta Business Suite
• Canva or similar design software
