is a growing branded merchandise, print, custom sourcing, and corporate store company that helps businesses create organized, thoughtful, and on-brand experiences for their employees, customers, events, and programs.

We help companies simplify everything from branded apparel and promotional products to employee stores, client gifting, custom sourcing, print materials, onboarding kits, trade show programs, safety/PPE programs, and more.

We are looking for a Growth & Program Outreach Coordinator to help us find the right companies, the right contacts, and the right opportunities to grow. This role is a mix of research, outreach, marketing, campaign building, and creative growth projects.

This is not a traditional marketing/sales role. This is not a cold-calling role. The goal is to help develop creative, targeted outreach systems around the programs we know can help companies.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will help build and support growth campaigns around company stores, employee programs, client gifting, onboarding kits, event programs, branded apparel, print programs, safety/PPE, and custom sourcing.

Your weekly work may include

• Researching companies that could be a good fit for Executive Print & Promo
• Finding the right decision-makers and contacts within those companies
• Helping create targeted outreach campaigns by industry, role, or program type
• Drafting email outreach and campaign messaging
• Supporting email marketing campaigns
• Helping research SEO and GEO opportunities so we can show up better online and in AI-powered search
• Helping create ideas for physical marketing, sample kits, prospect gifts, and creative client touchpoints
• Assisting with program-specific outreach for HR, marketing, operations, purchasing, safety, and leadership teams
