NEXA Lending is looking for motivated, outgoing professionals to join our team as Business Development Marketers (BDMs). In this role, you will build relationships within the community and generate qualified mortgage referrals.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy networking, meeting new people, and helping families achieve homeownership.

Responsibilities

• Promote NEXA Lending's mortgage products and services with the community.
• Identify prospective clients interested in home financing through networking and business development.
• Attend networking events, community events, and industry functions.
• Represent NEXA Lending professionally in the community.
• Work with a dedicated NEXA Lending Loan Officer, who will guide your clients through the mortgage process from application to closing.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales, marketing, customer service, networking, or business development experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently.
• No mortgage license required.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position. Compensation is earned only when mortgage loans generated through your Marketing efforts successfully close and fund. There is no guaranteed salary.

Estimated annual earnings: $50,000–$120,000+, depending on individual performance and funded loan production.
