Licensed Marketing and Client Experience Coordinator

About the Role

An established referral based, residential real estate business in Centre County is looking for a part-time Licensed Marketing & Client Experience Coordinator to support client communication, listing marketing, referral follow-up, social media, and field-based real estate activities.

This role is ideal for someone who is personable, professional, highly organized, and confident working directly with clients and vendors. The right candidate will help create an outstanding client experience, support marketing and communication initiatives, and play a key role in maintaining long-term client relationships.

An active Pennsylvania real estate license is preferred. Candidates who are not currently licensed but are willing to obtain their license may also be considered.

Job Type & Compensation

Job Type -Part-time, hourly

Schedule- Approximately 30 hours per week to start

Compensation -$24-$32/hour, depending on experience, licensing status, client-facing ability, writing skills, and marketing experience

Responsibilities

• Draft client emails, follow-up messages, closing communications, and post-closing touchpoints
• Help maintain buyer and seller communication templates
• Support client appreciation efforts, gifts, birthdays, home anniversaries, and referral thank-yous
• Help manage CRM/database touchpoints and referral follow-up
• Write and edit listing descriptions, property highlights, email announcements, and social media captions
• Assist with listing marketing, open house promotion, and property launch materials
• Help organize listing photos, floor plans, video links, Matterport links, and digital assets
• Support social media content planning and posting
• Once licensed, assist with showings, inspections, open houses, walkthroughs, and vendor/property appointments
