The Opportunity

This is a full-time, co-founder-style partnership. Rather than a traditional base salary, you will take complete ownership of the marketing and growth of the app in exchange for a 50/50 net profit split.

Key Responsibilities

• Short-Form Video Production: Script, shoot, edit, and post high-quality, engaging content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Angle Testing & Strategy: Identify and test various marketing hooks and angles (e.g., addressing spiritual anxiety, establishing morning routines, finding daily peace).
• User Acquisition & Conversion: Drive organic downloads and optimize user journey flows to increase subscription conversions.
• Brand Ownership: Establish and maintain an authentic, encouraging, and respectful voice that resonates with the Christian community.
• Growth Optimization: Manage App Store Optimization (ASO), basic influencer outreach, and trend monitoring.
