That's what you'll own.
About the Role
Every day, potential Fountain patients enter our funnel. Some book evaluations. Some complete their provider visit. Some become members. Some churn.
Your job is to understand why.
You'll own the entire customer lifecycle: from the first inquiry through long-term membership, and you'll build email/sms systems that help more people successfully move through every stage.
You'll work closely with our Head of Acquisition and partner across marketing, operations, engineering, and customer support to identify friction, improve communication, automate processes, and drive measurable business growth.
You'll be part of a closely-knit, high-performing team of marketers that moves fast, sets a high bar, and genuinely enjoys building together.
We're looking for someone who sees a complicated customer journey and instinctively asks:
"Why are we losing people here?" and then builds the systems to fix it.
What You'll Own
- The end-to-end customer journey across all Fountain products
- CRM strategy, architecture, and execution
- Email and SMS lifecycle marketing
- Lead nurturing and follow-up automation
- Patient onboarding and activation
- Retention strategy and churn reduction
- Reactivation campaigns for former patients
- Lifecycle analytics and experimentation
- Cross-functional initiatives that remove operational friction
- New customer journeys as Fountain launches additional healthcare verticals
What Success Looks Like
You'll help us:
- Increase lead-to-member conversion
- Reduce operational friction throughout the patient journey
- Improve patient activation and onboarding
- Reduce churn
- Increase customer lifetime value
- Recover abandoned leads
- Build sophisticated lifecycle automations that scale with the business
You'll be measured by outcomes and specific KPIs.
You Might Be a Fit If
- You've built lifecycle marketing systems for a subscription, healthcare, SaaS, or high-growth B2C business.
- You understand customer psychology as well as data.
- You love solving messy operational problems.
- You think in systems instead of isolated campaigns.
- You're comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing teams outside of marketing.
- You enjoy ownership and making decisions.
- You're highly analytical but equally action-oriented.
Bonus If You
- Have experience in telemedicine
- Have worked at a fast-growing subscription business
- Have improved retention or conversion through operational improvements, not just marketing campaigns
- Love digging into customer behavior and finding hidden growth opportunities
