What You’ll Do

* Create and execute the overall marketing and advertising strategy for the agent channel * + This includes partnering with the insurance team on new product and sector launches + Working with the marketing teams of our Top 50 national brokers, agency group partners, and wholesalers (where allowed) to create and deliver co-sponsored marketing campaigns * Develop performance marketing processes to analyze success of campaigns * Create and oversee the marketing budget for the agent channel * Manage and oversee key personnel such as marketing managers, copywriters, graphic designers, and other stakeholders that drive growth in the agent channel. * + This includes providing OKR management, creative direction, creating content or briefs, final approvals, and implementation. * Manage our convention exhibitor strategy, organizing calendar, logistics, swag purchasing, and more. * Oversee and manage external advertising strategy, including analyzing results, creating ad copy and assets, collaborating with the Google and Bing SEM teams, and more. * Create marketing assets for the sales team; including training presentations,...
