We're looking for a Growth Marketing Strategist who knows how to turn great ideas into measurable growth.

This isn't a traditional social media manager role.

We're looking for someone who understands how to create content that builds trust, grows communities, generates qualified leads, and drives action.

We're building purpose-driven brands focused on helping people protect their families, build wealth, discover purpose, and become their best—and we're looking for someone who wants to help us expand that impact.

What You'll Own

Growth Strategy

• Develop and execute a 90-day growth strategy
• Identify opportunities to increase awareness, engagement, and qualified leads
• Build repeatable marketing systems that support long-term growth

Content & Brand Growth

• Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form videos, graphics, emails, and social media posts
• Develop content calendars and campaign strategies
• Create messaging that encourages people to take action

Organic & Paid Marketing

• Grow our organic social media presence
• Assist with Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
• Improve campaign performance through testing and optimization
• Recommend improvements to landing pages, funnels, and conversion strategies

AI & Innovation

• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and marketing efficiency
• Build systems and workflows that help us scale
• Stay current on emerging marketing and AI trends

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 60 days, we'd like you to help us:
