In this role, you will leverage your expertise in content creation, SEO, social media marketing, and performance marketing to craft compelling campaigns that accelerate growth and engagement. Your passion for digital marketing, combined with a strategic mindset and creative flair, will help us connect with our target audiences effectively and efficiently.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Content Creation & Brand Growth

• Create and edit short-form video content
• Design graphics, social media content, and marketing materials
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats
• Help strengthen and grow the HDA Financial brand
• Create content that educates, engages, and converts

Marketing & Lead Generation

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns
• Generate awareness and qualified leads
• Identify opportunities to increase visibility and audience growth
• Help optimize content and campaigns for engagement and conversion
• Assist with funnel development and lead nurturing strategies

AI & Automation

• Utilize AI tools to improve content creation and efficiency
• Implement automation systems and workflows
• Research and recommend innovative marketing solutions
• Help leverage technology to scale growth and productivity

Growth Strategy

• Collaborate on growth initiatives and business development opportunities
• Identify new ways to reach and serve more people
• Assist in developing campaigns for financial education, life insurance, retirement planning, and personal growth programs
• Contribute ideas that drive measurable growth and impact

Compensation

This is not a traditional marketing position.

Compensation includes substantial performance-based earning opportunities tied directly to growth, lead generation, revenue growth, and business development initiatives.

We are looking for someone who wants the opportunity to not only help create growth—but also participate in the growth they help create.

There is no cap on performance-based earning potential.

Pay: $500.00 - $8,500.00 per month
