Growth & Partnerships Operator

Relic is building a platform for 1000-year homes.

Users enter an address, generate world-class architectural concepts, unlock a schematic plan package, and connect with builders. The long-term vision is to become the platform and builder for future relics: homes designed to last for generations.

We are looking for a part-time growth and partnerships operator to help turn Relic into a real business.

Builder outreach

Furniture and design affiliate applications

Partner research

CRM setup and maintenance

Customer follow-up

Investor list building and outreach support

Architecture/design newsletter outreach

SEO page coordination

Lead tracking

Email sequences

"Send to builders" operational workflow

Finding builders, architects, and fabricators by city

Ideal background

Startup operator, partnerships, business development, or growth experience

Excellent email writing

Very organized

Comfortable using Claude/ChatGPT and AI tools

Able to move fast without a large team

Interested in architecture, real estate, furniture, design, or high-end home services

Bonus

Affiliate marketing experience

Furniture/design industry experience

Residential construction or real estate experience

Investor CRM experience

Experience with HubSpot, Airtable, Notion, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, or similar tools

First project

Build and run the first Relic outreach system

100 qualified builders in target cities

50 affiliate/brand partnership targets

25 design/architecture press or newsletter targets

Clear report on replies, leads, and next steps

This is part-time or contract to start. Remote is fine.
