Responsibilities

• Engage with customers directly at events, retail locations, or and various locations in the greater Houston area to promote our client's products and services.
• Conduct product and service comparisons to showcase features and benefits effectively for each customer.
• Collect valuable data from customer interactions to help refine marketing strategies.
• Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, responding to inquiries, and growing our online presence.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional events to increase brand awareness.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Support branding initiatives by maintaining consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued for reaching diverse audiences.
