Engagement Marketing Manager

The Manager, Member Engagement, will shape marketing strategy and execution for the member base. As part of the Engagement & Retention team, this role involves collaborating with internal teams to create and execute strategies that drive member engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction across all products and services.

The Manager will work with Product, Growth Marketing, Strategic Client Marketing, and execution teams to launch campaigns across channels like email, SMS, push notifications, and phone. They will also partner with Data Science teams to design experiments, implement models, and analyze data to optimize campaigns. Regular updates to marketing leadership will be crucial to track progress and KPIs.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, project management experience, and data-driven analytical abilities, along with a deep understanding of customer behavior. This role thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with a fun, high-energy culture.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

*Consumer Marketing*

• Develop and execute member-centric marketing campaigns to drive adoption, utilization, and satisfaction, focusing on clinical outcomes and behavioral change
• Increase awareness and adoption of services using data-driven strategies to boost engagement and retention
• Test and implement new marketing tactics tailored to member segments to enhance engagement and loyalty

*Collaboration*

• Serve as a marketing subject matter expert for the owned lifecycle, providing strategic insights and guidance to internal stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and keep the organization updated on key initiatives, timelines, and progress
• Collaborate with Data Science to design experiments, implement models, and analyze data to optimize campaign
