E-commerce Growth Manager (Shopify)

About the Role

ZAAF is seeking an entrepreneurial E-commerce Growth Manager to own and grow our Shopify business. Your mission is to help increase online sales by improving the customer experience, driving traffic, and increasing conversions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Shopify website
• Improve site usability, navigation, and conversion rates
• Update products, collections, and promotions
• Execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic
• Manage email and digital marketing campaigns
• Create landing pages and optimize product content
• Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements
• Drive revenue through continuous testing and optimization

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Shopify e-commerce experience
• Strong SEO and digital marketing skills
• Experience with Google Analytics and email marketing (Klaviyo preferred)
• Excellent copywriting and merchandising skills
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
• Experience growing a Shopify store from under $100K to $500K+ annually
• Experience with Meta and Google Ads
• Jewelry, Bags, fashion, or lifestyle brand experience

• Improve customer experience and email revenue
• Grow annual online revenue
• Increase website conversion rate
• Increase organic search traffic

Compensation

This role is designed for someone who wants to share in the success they create.

• Base salary
• Revenue share tied to online sales growth and achievement of agreed revenue goals

Pay: $30,283.97 - $56,944.14 per year
