Base Salary + Commission | Full-Time | Field-Based
Affinity Home Care is a luxury, concierge-level private home care agency serving New York families with discretion, excellence, and compassion. We specialize in high-touch, relationship-driven care for clients who expect professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity.
About the Role
The Director of Strategic Partnerships & Sales will be responsible for generating and converting private-pay referrals through established and newly developed relationships within:
- Hospitals and discharge planners
- Physicians and specialty practices
- Geriatric care managers
- Elder law attorneys
- Rehabilitation centers
- Concierge medical providers
- High-end healthcare professionals
- Community organizations and senior networks
You will represent Affinity in the market, coordinate outreach initiatives, and build meaningful partnerships that lead to client acquisition.
You will meet families, conduct in-home consultations, and guide them through signing service agreements.
This is a performance-driven position. You must be comfortable owning a number and delivering results.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in private home care sales or healthcare relationship development
- Hubspot experience
- Proven track record of generating private-pay referrals
- Actively connected within Manhattan’s hospital and physician network
- Highly polished, articulate, and emotionally intelligent
- Comfortable speaking with physicians, administrators, and high-net-worth families
- Deep understanding of discharge processes and care coordination
- A self-starter who thrives outside of an office
- Willing to attend evening events, dinners, and networking engagements
- Able to build trust quickly during sensitive family transitions
You understand that this work happens during difficult moments in people’s lives. You know how to balance urgency with empathy.
