POSITION OVERVIEW
The Financial Brand is the leading resource for executives in banking and financial services, delivering industry-leading research, content, and events to thousands of professionals across North America. Our flagship event, The Financial Brand Forum, is one of the largest and most influential conferences serving banking and credit union leaders.
We are seeking an Attendee Growth & Partnership Manager to drive attendee growth, build relationships with financial institutions, and help expand our executive audience community.
This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting qualified banking and credit union professionals into attendees of The Financial Brand Forum and other Financial Brand events.
This role focuses on relationship-building, strategic outreach, attendee acquisition, and VIP engagement programs. Working closely with marketing and the event leadership team, this individual will build meaningful connections with executives across the banking industry while driving measurable growth in registrations.
The ideal candidate has experience selling or promoting conferences and events and enjoys building long-term professional relationships with senior-level executives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Attendee Acquisition & Relationship Development
- Prospect and convert banking and credit union executives who have never attended or have not recently attended The Financial Brand Forum.
- Develop relationships with senior leaders across marketing, digital banking, customer experience, retail banking, innovation, and executive leadership functions.
- Conduct outreach to C-suite executives and key decision-makers to drive event attendance and engagement.
- Re-engage dormant accounts and past attendees through personalized outreach strategies.
- Promote and sell group registration packages to financial institutions.
VIP & Invited Guest Program Management
- Lead outreach, qualification, communication, and engagement efforts for Invited Guest VIP attendees.
- Identify and recruit qualified executives for complimentary pass and hosted-attendee programs.
- Manage VIP attendee experiences from recruitment through event participation.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value banking executives to support long-term event growth.
Strategic Conversion Campaigns
- Develop targeted outreach campaigns leveraging engagement data, including:
- Newsletter subscribers
- Content download activity
- Webinar registrants
- Email engagement metrics
- Website behavior and other audience intelligence
- Partner closely with the marketing team to create and execute attendee acquisition campaigns.
- Test and refine messaging strategies to maximize conversion rates.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activity and conversion performance.
- Deliver regular reporting demonstrating direct attendee registrations generated from personal outreach efforts.
- Track pipeline activity, attendee acquisition costs, conversion rates, and account engagement metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve attendee recruitment efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of conference or event-related attendee sales acquisition and/or audience development experience
- Proven success in generating registrations and attendees.
- Proven success in ticket sales to executives.
- Experience conducting outbound prospecting and relationship-building campaigns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using technology as part of sales process (Hubspot, Linkedin, AI).
- Ability to engage senior executives and build credibility quickly.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, and working style.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
