As Wholeview expands throughout New York State, we are seeking an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven leader to drive strategic growth, expand referral partnerships, develop innovative healthcare collaborations, and increase access to high-quality addiction treatment.

THE ROLE

The Director of Growth & Strategic Partnerships is Wholeview's primary external ambassador and the architect of our referral growth engine. This person builds genuine, lasting trust with physicians, hospitals, treatment providers, and community partners across New York State, and brings enough operational discipline to turn that trust into a reliable, visible pipeline.

This highly visible leadership position serves as Wholeview's primary external ambassador, building lasting relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, behavioral health organizations, employers, health plans, and community partners. Working closely with the Chief of Staff and Executive Leadership Team, the Director will implement innovative strategies that increase patient census, support value-based care initiatives, strengthen Wholeview's market presence, and drive the organization's long-term growth.
