Digital Marketing Specialist

Overview

We’re seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to lead innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels. In this role, you will harness your technical proficiency and creative flair to elevate brand visibility, optimize digital assets, and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee website vendor performance, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and SEO best practices.
• Analyze website traffic and engagement metrics to recommend optimizations for lead generation.
• Ensure website content is updated regularly with relevant product information, blogs, and thought leadership materials.
• Manage and execute the company’s LinkedIn strategy, including content planning, posting, and engagement.
• Track LinkedIn performance metrics and optimize campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Support thought leadership initiatives through blog posts, articles, and multimedia content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and sales materials.
• Develop and maintain sales presentations, pitch decks, and marketing templates.
• Support the sales team with targeted marketing collateral tailored to customer segments.
• Track and analyze key marketing KPIs (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, lead conversion).
• Develop dashboards and reports to measure marketing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in budget tracking for marketing initiatives and vendor contracts.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, market research, and reporting.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: From $46,000.00 per year
