ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and organized Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team and help keep client projects running smoothly across a range of digital marketing disciplines. This is a hands-on role that blends project coordination with day-to-day execution — you will be involved in everything from managing timelines and client communication to writing content and pulling reports.

This is a fully remote, full-time position that is a great fit for someone with a solid digital marketing foundation who is ready to take on more responsibility and grow their skills in a fast-paced agency environment.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Base salary $65,000 – $70,000, commensurate with experience, plus the following:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Coordination and Client Communication

  • Support project management across a portfolio of client accounts, keeping tasks on track and deadlines met
  • Handle day-to-day client correspondence and follow-ups in a timely, professional manner
  • Coordinate with contractors and internal team members to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Help monitor project scope and flag potential issues before they become problems
  • Assist with developing project timelines, status updates, and client-facing documentation

Execution and Content

  • Write, edit, and optimize content across formats including web copy, blog posts, and on-page SEO
  • Create and schedule social media content, maintaining consistent brand voice across channels
  • Support light web design and page publishing within CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow
  • Pitch in on a variety of digital marketing tasks across client projects as needed
  • Use AI tools, including Claude, to support content creation and reporting workflows

Reporting and Analytics

  • Learn and use reporting tools including SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
  • Assist with pulling and compiling data for client reports on a regular cadence
  • Help translate performance data into clear summaries for clients
  • Develop comfort with reading and communicating key digital marketing metrics over time

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, project coordination, or a related role
  • Solid written communication skills with the ability to manage client-facing correspondence confidently
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities without dropping the ball
  • Familiarity with SEO concepts and content optimization best practices
  • Some experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and/or SEMrush (or a genuine eagerness to learn)
  • Experience with social media content creation and scheduling
  • Comfortable working in a CMS platform and doing basic page updates or publishing
  • Self-directed and organized, able to work independently in a remote setting
  • A positive attitude and genuine interest in growing within digital marketing

NICE TO HAVE

  • Digital marketing certifications (Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.)
  • Experience with AI tools in a professional workflow
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or similar
  • Prior agency experience or exposure to multi-client work

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
